At Rosie Etienne, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your pieces; if your order isn't a perfect match, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all luxury tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the garments in their original branded packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
